Check the Daily Quest

Every day a new quest activates — a neighborhood, a hint, and coordinates pointing to a known bodega cat territory. Your ESP32 device downloads the target automatically.

Hit the Streets

Navigate to the target zone. Look for the bodega. Find the cat. The ESP32 screen shows your distance and bearing to the target coordinates.

Capture the Photo

Press the shutter button on the device. The ESP32 snaps the photo, reads your GPS coordinates, and posts it directly to the server. No phone needed.

Claim Your Card

The first hunter to capture a cat gets a LEGENDARY card. Subsequent captures get RARE or COMMON depending on how many others have found it.

Write the Lore

As the original capturer, you have the right to name the alter ego, write the origin story, and define the secret power. This is permanent and attached to every copy of the card.
